What is the MetroWest E-Club

 

The E-Club, when initially set up, will be weekly communication to customers via email about exclusive tee time specials, news, events, and promotions at MetroWest Golf Club.  We promise not to fill your inbox with junk.

 

Over time, we will add functionality to login and view offers online, book e-club tee times, update your profile, and implement customized content and functionality to improve your golfing experience at MetroWest Golf Club.  

 

How to join the MetroWest E-club

It only takes a couple of clicks to become an e-Club Member. Just enter your details in the required fields, and submit.  Well send you an opt in confirmation to verify your email address.  That's it!

Privacy Statement

Thank you for registering in MetroWest's E-Club. By doing so you will receive a free green fee on your Birthday either via e-mail or online (cart fee required). The coupon is good up to one week prior and one week after your Birthday, with a valid ID. In addition, we regularly offer special and golf promotions to registered e-club members, either on line, or via email. All information is held in confidence. MetroWest Golf Club will only use your email address to provide you golf specials and promotions.

E-Club FAQS

Q: I joined online over 24 hours ago and have not received my welcome / opt in confirmation yet via email.
A: First check your bulk mail folder. If your email is not there and you have added offers@metrowestgolf.com to your safe senders list, use the contact us form and let us know.

Q: I cannot view the MetroWest e-club emails. What can I do?
A: It’s a local email client issue. Look for a link-Enable Images, View Content, or something similar. The link is usually above or to the side of the email. Add offers@metrowestgolf.com to your safe senders list.

Q: Id like to be an e-club member, but dont want to receive emails.
A: If you don't want to receive any more emails from MetroWest, just modify your e-club details and uncheck the "Send Offers Via Email" box. You can still login to the e-club online and review / print offers.

Q: My birthday is a couple days away and I have not received my Birthday Round yet. Did I get missed?
A: Verify that your birthday is set up correctly inside of the e-club. Offers are typically sent a week before your birthday, so if yours has not arrived and you have added offers@metrowestgolfclub.com to your safe senders list, use the contact us form.

Q: Does MetroWest give my information to any third parties?
A: NO. MetroWest is committed to making your online experience pleasant and rewarding. Part of that commitment is ensuring your privacy. The information we collect from you is used solely by MetroWest Golf Club / Meadowbrook Golf to provide you with special offers and services. We do not sell, exchange or rent any of your personal data. You always have the option of declining to receive e-club communications by opting out of our lists.
