Female Golf Pro Orlando

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Ashleigh Korzack, 27, earned a full-athletic scholarship playing college Division 1 golf at Mississippi State University. Ashleigh graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and then continued her education at MSU where she achieved her MBA, with a focus in Sports Administration. Ashleigh earned the graduate school Brad Davis Community Scholarship in 2007, awarded to one female and male athlete from each SEC school.

Ashleigh turned professional in the spring of 2008 when she was selected to become a contestant on The Golf Channel’s original show Highway 18. The experience opened up several doors for Ashleigh, which brought her to Orlando in the spring of 2009. Since her appearance on the show, she has worked with The Golf Channel, as a host of the Las Vegas Tourism campaign for GolfChannel.com, and then began working for Golfweek Magazine in April 2009, as creator and on-air host of golfweek.com shows "The Look" and "Make Me Over - Golfweek Style." She blogged and published writings for Golfweek, Golfweek for Her and Golfweek.com.

After realizing that growing the game of golf was a passion of hers, she co-founded Orlando Social Golfer in August 2010. A social golf organization that brings people together to Network, play and enjoy golf in a new and exciting way. With golf as the platform, no matter if someone loves golf or has never picked up a club, from advance to beginner, Orlando Social Golfer has something to offer everyone!

Korzack has been with the Little Linksters program, based out of Orlando, Florida, since early 2011. The Little Linksters Golf program has brought the game of golf to a typically non-traditional sect of the golfing population; the "Pee-Wee" Golfer (Ages 3-8). The Little Linksters Golf Program is a great introduction to the game of golf for all children in this age group. The program is taught in a fun and interactive way using a combination of both traditional golf instruction methods and very non-traditional ways. The bottom line with the Little Linksters program is FUN!

Korzack is now excited and proud to be a part of the MetroWest Golf Learning Center staff and looks forward to helping all ages and skill levels to improve and enjoy the game of golf!
