Planning Information

Description: Orlando Weddings at MetroWest Golf ClubPlanning information for holding special events at MetroWest are detailed below. To make reservations or request a quote for a banquet, wedding, or other special event, please complete our Banquet/Event Reservation Form.

Deposit

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your room and date. A second deposit of 50% is due 60 days prior to the event. Full payment of the function balance is due one week prior to the event dates. We accept AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, or Check.

Room Charges

Description: Host a memorable Orlando wedding at MetroWestThe following room rental and set-up charges apply to all functions. Rooms are rented in four (4) hour increments.

  • Right-Side Dining Room - $200
  • Main Dining Room & Patio - $400
  • Entire Clubhouse - $500
  • Ceremony Set-Up Fee - $750

A charge of $250 will be assessed for each additional hour based on availability and at the sole discretion of our Food & Beverage Director.

Guarantees

A final guarantee is required 72 hours prior to function. If no guarantee is received, planned attendance (if not exceeded) will be used for billing. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the Host will be financially responsible for the number guaranteed.

Outside Food and Beverage

Per our club policy, all food and beverage products must be prepared and served by MetroWest Golf Club staff. Celebration cakes are the exception.

Alcohol Beverage Service

As a licensee of the State of Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority, MetroWest Golf Club strictly adheres to all laws and regulation pertaining to service and sale of alcoholic beverages. We ask your understanding and cooperation in preventing sales to minors or intoxicated persons.

Decorations

Description: Orlando Banquet HallAll table centerpieces and other decorations must meet fire and safety codes and regulations. Client is not permitted to affix decorations to the walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, furnishings, or any other property without prior approval of a club representative. In the event that property damage occurs, the Client is fully responsible for the cost of the necessary repairs.

Security

MetroWest Golf Club, at its discretion may require security for certain events. The cost of these services will be the responsibility of the client.

Loss and Damages

MetroWest Golf Club is not responsible for any damages or loss of any merchandise or articles left prior to, during or after any event. The client agrees to be responsible for any damages to MetroWest Golf Club by the client, guests and attendees of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled.

Tax and Service Charge

20% service charge and 6.5% sales tax will be added.

Room Selections

Assignment of rooms is based on the number of people anticipated. If attendance or requirements vary, MetroWest Golf Club reserves the right to reassign rooms accordingly.
